By igniting the SolarFlare system, you confirm acceptance of all conditions outlined herein. SolarFlare operates as a simulation environment only. Disagreement with these terms requires immediate cessation of use.

02 // Platform Classification

SolarFlare is a free solar-themed breakout arcade where you destroy plasma fields. This platform is classified as a zero-stake digital entertainment environment. All scoring systems serve as game-state counters only. No redemption pathways exist. No real-world value is attached to any in-system asset.

03 // Access Parameters

System access is restricted to users aged 18 and above. Verification of eligibility is the sole responsibility of the accessing user. By continuing to use SolarFlare, you confirm you meet this requirement.

04 // Plasma Credits

All virtual points, scores, and in-game currencies within SolarFlare have zero monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or exchanged for any real-world item, currency, or benefit.

05 // Prohibited Operations

The following operations are strictly prohibited:

• Automated access scripts or bots
• Vulnerability scanning or penetration testing
• Modification of game state or scores via external tools
• Any activity intended to disrupt normal platform function
• Commercial exploitation of any platform element

06 // IP Rights

All SolarFlare visual systems, algorithms, interface architectures, audio assets, and branding elements are proprietary intellectual property of SolarFlare Digital Studio, protected under applicable digital content law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

07 // Liability Limits

SolarFlare Digital Studio accepts no liability for entertainment software interruptions, virtual score fluctuations, session data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The system is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees or warranties of any kind.

08 // Protocol Amendments

System terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued system access following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent update.

09 // Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from your use of SolarFlare shall be resolved through good-faith communication in the first instance.
